1985

The Beginning

Established as Associates Patent, Copyright, Trade Mark Attorney by Miss Kausar Sultana, the firm became one of Pakistan’s earliest practices devoted exclusively to intellectual property — guiding clients in trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

1992

A New Chapter

In 1992, Miss Kausar Sultana successfully passed the judicial selection examination and was appointed as a District and Sessions Judge. Leadership of the firm was then entrusted to Miss Safia Sultana.

1992 Onwards

Safia Law Associates Emerges

The firm was renamed Safia Law Associates — continuing from its original premises and building a reputation for integrity and excellence across IP, litigation, and advisory practice.
